Authors interested in publishing with GlobeScope Scientific Journal must adhere strictly to our submission guidelines as detailed on our website. Manuscripts must be free from any copyright infringement, and any necessary permissions for reproduced material must be secured prior to submission. By submitting your manuscripts, you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and promote the content, although you retain copyright of your work unless specified otherwise.
As a journal publishing house, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions, publication fees, or other related services. Please ensure you have reviewed our services and policies thoroughly before making a purchase or submission.
Authors retain copyright of their published works under the terms of their publication with GlobeScope Scientific Journal, ensuring they have control over their intellectual property. However, by submitting a manuscript to our journal, authors agree to grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the work in various forms. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We will not tolerate plagiarism or any infringement of intellectual property rights.
The peer review process at GlobeScope Scientific Journal is designed to ensure the integrity and quality of the scientific discourse we publish. Manuscripts submitted to our journal are reviewed by qualified experts in the relevant field who evaluate the work for originality, validity, and significance to help maintain high academic standards. The identity of reviewers and authors is kept confidential throughout the review process to ensure impartiality and fairness.
GlobeScope Scientific Journal charges fees for manuscript processing and publication to cover the costs associated with the peer review system, journal production, and online hosting and archiving. All fees are made clear at the point of submission and are required to be paid upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. These fees are non-refundable, regardless of the eventual publication of the submitted work.
GlobeScope Scientific Journal offers its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and does not make any warranties regarding the reliability, safety, timeliness, accuracy, or data security of the services. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, GlobeScope Scientific Journal, nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
